To qualify, you must spend a minimum of $600 within a 12-month period.
3. How is my Higo Credit calculated?
Your Higo Credit is 40% of your total annual spending.
Example: If you spend $600 this year, you’ll earn $240 Higo Credit for next year’s purchases.
4. When will I receive my Higo Credit?
You’ll receive your earned Higo Credit after completing Six Month of membership and spending.
5. How can I use my Higo Credit?
Your Higo Credit can be applied as a rebate toward purchases made in the following year. It will automatically be available in your rewards account once earned.
6. Is there a limit to how much Higo Credit I can earn?
No, there’s no maximum limit — the more you spend, the more Higo Credit you earn!
7. What happens if I spend less than $600 in a year?
If your total annual spending is below $600, you won’t qualify for the 40% Higo Credit that year.
8. How does the referral reward work?
Invite your friends to join Higo Credit Rewards!
You’ll earn $30 Higo Credit for each friend who joins through your referral link and makes a purchase.
9. When will I receive my referral reward?
Your $30 Higo Credit will be added to your rewards account once your referred friend has joined and completed their first purchase.
10. Do my Higo Credits expire?
Higo Credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued. Be sure to use them toward your next year’s purchases before they expire.
11. Can I combine my Higo Credit with other discounts or promotions?
Yes, in most cases Higo Credits can be combined with other offers, unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.
